Join us for Lounge on the Lawn, the family-friendly celebration for residents, Houstonians, and visitors to the Bayou City.
Noon – 1pm: Start the day with yoga & meditation from YouniverSoul Fest.
Noon – 4pm: Dog Lovers unite at our Reliant Dog Park. Join Freddie the Red Frenchie Meetup from 12pm – 2pm. Stick around and downward dog with you pawtner. Enjoy Doga (dog yoga) with instructor Lili Tanil from 2pm – 3pm. Our furiends from Urban Tails will host a dog treat decorating activity and make sure your fur babies are camera ready for the pup photo booth. Don’t worry about the heat, they’ll have pools for your four-legged friends to cool off in.
1pm – 2pm Sing and dance with your kiddos alongside AndyRoo & the AndyRooniverse under the circle tent on the lawn.
2:30pm – 5:30pm: Be a star! Come prepared with your favorite karaoke tune and belt it out center stage on Camden Pavilion.
3pm – 5pm: Come paint and sip with Painting with a Twist (limited seating).
Lounge on the Lawn will feature cuisine from Diced Poke Midtown, Rich Boy Po’Boy, and SoooIcy Cones & Treats
The event will also feature a photo booth, caricature drawings by Tom Rye, face painting and lawn games courtesy of Sportsmonkey.
6pm – 8pm: End the night with a special showing of Black Panther.
There’s so much to do at this fantastic event on Saturday, April 27th from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Midtown Park parking facility (entrance accessible via Travis St.) is located directly below the park. Fee to park is $10.
