Midtown in Motion

Get out and get moving in Bagby Park! Featured instructor Roz Jones will conduct a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30am and Yoga Flow class at 10:30am for all fitness levels, weather permitting. Bring your own pumpkin that you can lift, press, push and pull, and come in your favorite costume!

Roz Jones, Fit Lifestyle Innovator, is a dynamic and influential force of energy and enthusiasm. As a seasoned fitness professional, Roz’s classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Attendees will be registered to win gift cards provided by Midtown Houston-area businesses.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)  9:30am – 10:15am

Be prepared to burn calories and build character by combining cardiovascular training, strength training, functional flexibility, and music for a solid 45 minute practice.

Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; resistance bands are optional.

Yoga Flow  10:30am – 11:15am

Movement, music, and mindfulness are the focus of this Baptiste-inspired, powerful yoga flow that engages all your muscles for increased mobility and strength.

Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat & water; yoga straps & blocks are optional.
