Special Summer Speaker Series

May 19, 2017 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

$3 – $5

The Houston Fire Museum is kicking off summer programming! We know that fire safety education has a huge impact on the well-being of our community’s youth. For the month of May, we’ll be hosting Houston Fire Department speakers who will share important fire safety information—presentations will be directed at age groups PreK – 3rd.

The fire safety presentation will last approximately one hour and will be followed by story time and a fire-safety craft. We strongly encourage you to RSVP for you and your children to guarantee seating, as space is limited to 20 persons’ total. Please note the selected date and number of children you will be bringing. Cost is general admission: $3 for children, $4 for seniors, and $5 for adults. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

These presentations are not intended for group tours; group tours are held of Tuesdays and Thursdays and are scheduled no sooner than two weeks prior to the intended visit date—speaker attendance for tour groups subject to HFD availability.

May 12th – Fire Safety Presentation begins at 11:00am

May 19th – Fire Safety Presentation begins at 11:30am
