The Dream of Affordable Homeownership in Houston’s 3rd Ward

The Midtown Redevelopment Authority (MRA) and the Center for Civic and Public Policy Improvement (CCPPI) are creating workforce housing, preserving neighborhoods and helping families build generational wealth in Houston’s Greater Third Ward. This new approach to affordable housing is putting homeownership within reach for Houstonians who might otherwise be priced out of the market. Major partners in this unique program are: Agape Development , HBDI, Mayberry Homes, Cole Klein Builders, CCPPI and the Houston Area Urban League.
