The Parking Benefit District Advisory Committee meets to guide the planning, allocation, and oversight of parking revenue reinvested into the Midtown community. The committee ensures that PBD-funded projects support mobility, public safety, accessibility, and neighborhood improvements that benefit people who live, work, and visit Midtown.

Meetings provide a structured forum to review project proposals, monitor program performance, and ensure funds are used responsibly and in alignment with district priorities. The committee oversees initiatives funded through parking meter revenue, including projects that improve
mobility, pedestrian safety, lighting, signage, and overall neighborhood livability. Topics often include public safety initiatives with HPD, traffic and parking management strategies, infrastructure improvements, and grant-funded programs such as the Midtown Camera Grant Program. The committee reviews project status reports, key performance indicators, and budget allocations to ensure revenues directly benefit the areas where they are generated.
