Join us for Pop-Up on the Plaza! This free event will be a soft opening to give Houstonians a sneak peek of the new Midtown Park Plaza located at 902 McGowen St. Midtown Park Plaza is a multi-use outdoor space located on the corner of McGowen and Travis St.
The Plaza includes a lush, green lawn area and serves as the “front porch” to the award-winning Midtown Park. It’s located just steps away from the McGowen Station METRORail stop and offers many experiences for friends to gather, connect, and create lasting memories.
Pop Up on the Plaza will allow visitors to experience local food trucks, music, local vendors, lawn games, ping pong games and picture-worthy moments. New weekly and monthly park programs and events at Midtown Park Plaza will be announced in the Spring of 2024.
Parking is available at the nearby Midtown Park Parking facility.
