Join us for an interactive session delving into a wealth of presentations, materials, and programs expertly tailored to state mandates.
April 26
F45 Pop Up Market will include two morning F45 workout classes with a DJ followed by a host of vendors in the studio and parking lot. Vendors will include everything from food such at meal prep, healthy eating, smoothies, etc as well as clothing, services, crafts, you name it. We expect to have approximately 20-30 vendors on site Non member can attend the classes for only $10.
