SeeClickFix: Problem solver in your pocket!

Is there a problem you’ve witnessed in your neighborhood? Unsightly graffiti? A malfunctioning streetlight? A sidewalk that badly needs repair? Litter? Midtown Houston is happy to provide you with an easy reporting method called SeeClickFix, an app that you can download to your Android or iPhone, or access from your desktop/laptop. It’s simple to access. You may enter from the Midtown Houston site: https://midtownhouston.com/report-a-concern. Just enter the location or drag the map marker to the right spot, select the type of issue from a drop-down menu, provide details, a description, and upload photos, if you’d like.

Like the City of Houston’s 311 program, SeeClickFix is the most expedient way for you to connect with Midtown Houston to get non-emergency neighborhood issues addressed in a timely manner. (For genuine emergency matters or those that require police, EMS, or the fire department, please call 911.)

This reporting method also allows Midtown Houston residents to view, comment on, and vote to fix problems reported by their neighbors, and citizens can even create their own “watch areas” to receive notifications about all the issues reported in their community.

“It gives the community a direct way to communicate and report concerns to the staff, and that’s the most important,” said Michelle Ashton, District Supervisor for Midtown Management District. “It’s also a streamlined way for the staff to respond and manage them.”

SeeClickFix is a great tool for you to use to get involved and provide feedback that helps Midtown Houston improve the community for everyone who lives, works, and plays here.
