In partnership with the City of Houston, Midtown funded upgrades to streetscape amenities along segment of City of Houston on 72-inch water line project on Crawford Street between Hadley and Elgin. Major renovations to this northbound corridor include concrete pavement, public utility upgrades (water, storm, sanitary), sidewalks, landscaping, brick pavers, accessibility ramps, and other pedestrian-related infrastructure. The Crawford Street project will provide an enhanced pedestrian environment and an improved vehicular connection for northbound traffic through Midtown.
