In partnership with the City of Houston, Midtown funded upgrades to streetscape amenities along segment of City of Houston on 72-inch water line project on Tuam Street between Main and Hamilton. Major renovations to this east-west corridor include concrete pavement, public utility upgrades (water, storm, sanitary), sidewalks, landscaping, brick pavers, accessibility ramps, and other pedestrian-related infrastructure. The Tuam Street project will provide an enhanced pedestrian environment and an improved vehicular connection for east-west traffic through Midtown.
