Slowly but surely, one taco at a time, the word got out: these tacos are the real deal. What makes them authentic? It’s all thanks to our chef, Mari Gomez. A native of Hidalgo, Mexico, Mari started cooking at just six years old for her large family. Back home, everything was made from scratch—a tradition she’s brought to our kitchen.
