As part of the HCC Culinary Program, students prepare and serve a set, prix fixe menu each week while enrolled in their A la Carte Cuisine course. These public dining events are offered in the Spring from February through May, and in the Fall from September through November. This event ticket is for a Thursday dining event with one seating at 11:30am. Tickets for this event are required to ensure we can set our dining room properly for fine dining service and enough food preparation is completed for service.

We are now located in the NEW Culinary Arts Building at 1401 Alabama Street, Houston, 77004. You may park on the 2nd level of the parking garage, located at 3669 La Branch Street, Houston, 77004.

You may also find street parking and enter through our front entrance on Alabama Street, at Austin Street. (if using GPS, type 3700 Austin Street to guide you to the entrance)
