The Midtown Redevelopment Authority (MRA) guides investment and redevelopment efforts that strengthen Midtown’s infrastructure, parks, public spaces, cultural facilities, and affordable housing initiatives. Working in tandem with Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 (TIRZ 2), the MRA reinvests incremental property tax revenue back into the Zone to support long-term, community-focused growth.
MRA board meetings are typically held on the final Thursday of each month at 12:30 p.m. , in person at 410 Pierce Street, with a virtual attendance option; meeting dates and formats may occasionally change.
