Beer and Beards in Bagby Park

Do any two things go together better than beer and beards? How about $2 draft beer and chef-crafted burgers?

You can find that and more at Midtown Houston’s collaborative “Beer and Beards” event with Rico’s Morning + Noon + Night on Thursday, February 1. It’s going to be a fun-filled night with lawn games like mega-sized beer pong, bocce ball, and ping-pong. What a great way to meet new friends!

While Rico’s is located at 401 Gray Street, where they boast the biggest patio in town, this special event is going to be held in neighboring Bagby Park, 415 Gray, from 6 to 10 p.m.  And it’s not just a one-time deal. You can expect to see us there every Thursday evening thereafter.

After the party’s over on Thursday nights, Rico’s will still be open for business until midnight, serving burgers, hot dogs, fries, breakfast late night snacks, custards, and milkshakes. Burgers are crafted with the highest-quality Akaushi beef and fresh-baked bread. You can also enjoy craft beer, wine, and frozen sake.

Rico’s is also open mornings for some of the best breakfast tacos and other morning menu items that you’ll love. Breakfast is served all day and Rico’s is a great place to grab lunch in the park and enjoy al fresco dining.

Right now, mark Thursday nights on your calendar as a standing date for Beer and Beards. Admission is free, and you don’t even need a beard to join in the fun, but if you have one, come show it off.
