Baldwin Park – Phase II
In partnership with the City of Houston Parks Department, renovations to City-owned park as recommended in the Midtown Parks and Open Space Master Plan which was honored with a Parks and Natural Areas Planning Process Award from the Houston-Galveston Area Council. Improvements include upgraded lighting, a rebuilt jogging trail, new playground equipment, and landscaping enhancements.
