In partnership with the City of Houston Parks Department, renovations to City-owned park located at the intersection of Elgin and Crawford. Improvements include landscaping, trees, furniture, jogging path, lighting, pavilion, and fountain renovation.
Baldwin Park Neighborhood Streets

Complete roadway reconstruction with new concrete pavement and public utility upgrades to local neighborhood streets in the area surrounding Baldwin Park. In addition, the project includes sidewalk improvements with landscape and pedestrian amenity enhancements. The mobility, infrastructure, and pedestrian improvements create comfortable and safe corridors which accommodate growing mobility and infrastructure demands.
Peggy Point Plaza Park

In partnership with the City of Houston Parks Department, renovations to City-owned park located at the intersection of Main and Richmond. Improvements include landscaping, trees, street furniture, and fountain renovation.
Main Street METRORail Streetscape

Streetscape enhancements along METRORail Red Line between Pierce St. and Wheeler St., including sidewalk improvements with landscaping, street furniture, accessibility ramps, and pedestrian-related infrastructure.
