Free Self Defense Workshop

Join Crime Stoppers of Houston for a FREE Self Defense Workshop in partnership with Ellevate and PsyCombat. PsyCombat is a no-frills combat system that focuses on awareness, personal space, adaptability, and simplicity of movement. Fitness attire (workshop includes warm-up, stretching, moves, etc.). Water and a post-workshop snack will provided by Crime Stoppers. Free to attend and open to anyone. Participants must be 15 or older and will be asked to sign a waiver.
