Get Fit HIIT in Midtown

Event Description: Get out and get moving in Bagby Park! Featured instructor Roz Jones will conduct a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30 am, weather permitting. Roz Jones, Fit Lifestyle Innovator, is a dynamic and influential force of energy and enthusiasm. A seasoned fitness professional, Roz’s classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Be prepared to burn calories and build character by combining cardiovascular training, strength training, functional flexibility, and music for a solid 45-minute practice.

Date & Time: Second & Fourth Saturdays
9:30 am – 10:30am 

Location: Bagby Park 415 Gray St., Houston, TX 77002

Parking: Street parking is available, in addition to garage parking in the area.

What to Bring: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; resistance bands are optional.

Additional Information: This event is free and open to all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience needed!
