Midtown Redevelopment Authority Board Meeting

Please note: Members of the public are invited to speak during the Public Comments portion of the agenda. Please limit your comments to no more than 3 minutes. If more than ten (10) people sign up to speak, the time allotted to each speaker might be reduced to two minutes. The Chair or presiding officer at the meeting shall have the authority to set a different amount of time for speakers, to not allow public comments, to limit the number of speakers at any meeting or move the Public Comment item to the end of the agenda, if he/she determines that the time allotted for Midtown business will not be sufficient to address the agenda items to be discussed or considered at such meeting. Speakers may not yield all or a portion of their time to another person. State law prohibits the Board Chair or members of the Board from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not individual Board members. If you would like to speak during the Public Comments portion of the meeting, we ask, if possible, that you please sign-in with the Midtown staff prior to the meeting by sending an email to MRA@midtown-tx.org indicating your desire to speak during the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Please put PUBLIC COMMENTS- MRA Board Meeting in the subject line of your email. Please share this information with others wishing to speak during Public Comment.
