Self-Defense Workshop

Join us for a free hands-on self defense workshop in partnership with PsyCombat. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP directly to phollek@crime-stoppers.org.
Facilitated by PsyCombat founder and martial arts instructor Allon Melaver
What: PsyCombat is a no-frills combat system that focuses on awareness, personal space, adaptability and simplicity of movement.
Attire: Fitness Clothes (workshop includes warm-up, stretching, moves, etc.)
Cost: Free to attend and open to anyone
Ages: Participants must be 15 or older and will be asked to sign a waiver
Food: Water and a post-workshop snack will provided by Crime Stoppers
