Trinity Open House, Community and Wellness Day

Please join us this Saturday for a morning of wellness! It’s an opportunity to step away from the chaos of life to practice tai chi, writing, cooking and meditation. Leave feeling a little less stressed and a little more nourished. All workshops require registration. $5 suggested donation paid at the door for Tai Chi, writing, and cooking.
Suggested Donations Workshops
9:00 am – 9:15 am: Welcome
9:15 am – 10:15 am: Tai Chi (led by Wanda, assisted by Catherine Guthrie)
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Yoga/Meditation (led by Rev. Henry Atkins)
11:45 am – 12:45 pm: Cancer and Your Spiritual Journey (led by Treadwell Atkins) and family-friendly ultimate frisbee (led by Benjamin Blanding)
12:45 pm – 1:00 pm: Closing
