Yappy Hour is a pet-friendly happy hour held monthly in Midtown’s Bagby Dog Park. Complimentary pet portraits will be provided by well-known Houston caricature artist Tom Rye. This doggie playdate also features treats, giveaways, contests and prizes. The event is free and open to the public.
