Keep the energy going every Monday evening with Zumba at Midtown Park. This high-energy fitness class combines cardio, dance, and upbeat music in a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Whether you’re joining for the first time or you’re a regular, it’s a fun way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
