Where is the park located?

Is there a cost to attend programming in the park ?

Is the park open 24 hours a day?

No. Bagby Park is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Hours are subject to change seasonally.

Who Operates Bagby Park?

Bagby Park is operated through a public-private partnership. The Park is operated and maintained by Midtown Improvement And Development Corporation (MIDCorp) and Midtown Redevelopment Authority owns the amenities and the land.

Can I bring my dog to the park?

Yes! While dogs are not permitted on the main lawn, they are welcome in the Bagby Park Dog run. They can run and play off leash with you or other dogs and enjoy a drink from the water fountain. We do ask that you clean up after your pets and adhere to all posted rules in the dog park.

Can I get something to eat at the park?

Yes., Rico’s Morning + Noon + Night is the food kiosk in Bagby Park. Their menu includes burgers, hot dogs, fries, breakfast tacos, custards, milkshakes, craft beer, wine, mimosas and frozen sake. Are there restrooms?

Yes. There is a single unisex restroom at the food kiosk in Bagby Park. The code can be obtained from the staff at Rico’s.

Is there a lost and found?

No, but if you’ve lost something while visiting Bagby Park please call 713-526-7577 or email info@bagbypark.com to make your inquiry, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Is WI-FI available?

Where can I park?

There is metered parking along Bagby, Gray and Pierce streets. Additionally, there are parking garages at 1910 Bagby Street and 302 Gray Street (enter via Bagby or Baldwin).

PLEASE NOTE: Always read the posted signs to ensure you are legally parked.

What can I do within walking distance of the park?
