- Park Hours: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
- No overnight stays
- No alcohol or drugs
- No motorized vehicles
- No loud music
- No fires
- No firearms
- No entering or bathing in the water feature
- No dogs on the lawn
- All animals must be on a leash and under the direct control of their owner outside of the designated area
- No dogs in water feature
- No climbing on letters
- No smoking
- No panhandling or loitering
- No glass containers
